The rent is taken from your depot in Thais, and from no other one. Keep at least 1,400 gold there before the monthly charge.

Coins inside bags and backpacks in that depot count as well, and gold, platinum and crystal coins are all accepted. Money you carry with you, money in another town's depot and money left inside the house itself do not count.

If the rent cannot be paid you get a warning first, and the house is lost if it stays unpaid.
