Bids increase in steps of 1 gold. The minimum bid is the monthly rent of the house, and the highest bid when the auction ends wins.
When the auction ends at Aug 28 2026, 12:42:43 CEST (at the first server start after that), the winning bid plus the rent of 1,270 gold for the first month will be taken from your depot in Thais.
Have the gold there before you win. If it is not in that depot when the auction is settled you lose the house, it goes back to auction, and the account is barred from bidding again.
